Because of the nature of the metals we sell, we can only accept returned items if there was an error in your shipped items. We cannot accept returns for any other reason. If there was an error in the items that were shipped to you, please give us a call to discuss the details of the return and how we can resolve the issue. We will provide a full refund if the error is deemed to be our mistake. Please understand our return policy before placing your order. 

Every metal/ Product we sell includes a detailed certificate of analysis which is posted on the product page of the website as well as included with your shipment.  We want you to know exactly what you are puchasing down to the fourth decimal point.  Please understand the composition of the metal you are purchasing prior to completing your order.
